| A: | No, it is a Mac only solution because we go very deep into the System. |

| A: | Yes, you can use any Apllplication as a Service. |
| Q: | Can they access AIM and other chat clients? |
| A: | Yes, its just another service type, like Skype for e. g. |
| Q: | Can they access the normal desktop of the Macintosh after they pay? |
| A: | Yes , if you like! iCafe allows the Finder to be selected as service application. |
| Q: | Would the software cause problems with playing games (Unreal)? |
| A: | No, the application uses only a faraction of system time. We provide, not yet on the WebSite, a TrafficLight indicating when the client runs out of money. |
| Q: | Is possible to use ichat? |
| A: | Yes. |
| Q: | Can I stop only the internet connections? |
| A: | You can stop any running app / internal Service and bring iCafeClient to the front. |
| Q: | Can I change the currency? |
| A: | We didn´t make it currency dependent. So it works with every currency that is in the decimal system. |
| Q: | Is it possible to set up services that do not require a web browser ie: access to iMovie & iDVD so customers can edit their own movies or burn photos to cd/dvd? |
| A: | Yes, you can configure any application as service. |
| Q: | Is your software compatible with Apple\'s System 10? |
| A: | Yes, it is native written in Cocoa. |
| Q: | Which are the prices and licence types? |
| A: | As a general answer you can calculate about 100.- Euros per client. |
| Q: | I am looking at a site location at the moment of 10 clients maximum? |
| A: | With iCafe Server it is your choice. We can set up any number of clients up to 500. |
| Q: | Is there a demo licence number so we can fully test this product? |
| A: | At the moment we provide the Demoversion. It has the ability to serve
1 client and the restore after logout is disabled. Theese are the only features not available in the demo version. |

| A: | At the moment we do not support wireless. We are working on that. |
| Q: | Does your product offer a way where I can charge customers once they use a printer on the network? |
| A: | No, currently not. If you have demand for that feature, send us a notice. |

| A: | We have a payment method called "CashStrings" A cashstring
is a printed string of code that is valid for an amount of money. Once used, the string is not valid anymore. Payment with cards is in development. Please tell me exact how you like the payment method should be. |
| Q: | Is the coins payment system mechanical? Does it work for other currencies (GP Pounds)? |
| A: | We use programmable coin rejectors. So tell us the currency and the coins
you need and we deliver the right programmed rejectors. We use WH Trenner from Berlin. |

| A: | The system works as a client server system. You need a the iCafe Server because all the clients ask the server whats allowed to do. |

| A: | You do not need a OSX server. I runs on any Panther. |

| A: | It will work with 10.3.9 and above. |

| A: | All data that hold information about cash is saved every minute to disk. |
| Q: | I want any unused cash to be transfered to member and NOT the workstation in use. |
| A: | This is how it works. If logged in as a member and you log out, the money is transfered to the member account. Even on an automatic logout. |
